This device has been designed to measure the maximum voltage of +/- 24 V. The polarity of the voltage has beed indicated in the circuit board with "+" and "-" signs.
E.g. if you want to measure the voltage of your receiver, connect the negative connection of your receiver battery to the "-" connection of the device and the positive connection of your receiver battery to the "+" connection of the device.
Basic installation:
Fix the unit firmly to the vehicle from the mounting holes using screws. Connect the sensor to any of the free auxillary channels (AUX 1-5) in the FDR. The AUX 1-3 channels are with 12-bit and 4,5 with 8-bit resolution.
Connecting the voltage to the inner connections, the measurement range is +/- 12V. With outer connections the range is +/- 24 V.
